Latest Try: Sea Scallops & Escargot over Linguini

One of the simplest, most luxurious recipes I’ve ever tried. Chef credit goes to my friend Brian; I gave minimal input and maximum ingest.
1. Boil water for linguini; add pasta with splash of olive oil, to prevent sticking.
2. Sautee minced garlic in good quality olive oil and European butter. Add scallops.
3. When almost cooked through, add escargot (canned works).
4. Salt and pepper. Toss with cooked, drained linguini and lemon juice.
5. Top generously with chopped parsley.
6. Accompany with fabulous wine and fabulous friends.
What luxurious recipes have you tried?
